Investigations held by the Casebook staff
1. In late May of 1996 we conducted a thorough examination of old records and deeds, as well as locations where Florence Maybrick lived after her release in 1904 -- a small town in Connecticut, U.S.A.. I worked on this with Michael Gruber, who resides nearby, and who had previous experience in the study of such records and deeds.
The purpose of the investigation was related to both the study of the Maybrick diary and the study of Florie's own story and trial. We hoped to learn more about the time she spent in the states after her release as well as document written records and photograph sites related to her case.
